Ben McAuley’s “Ben in Focus” feature has been showcasing his talent for taking photos across the Brome Missisquoi region. Every week his photos are a highlight in the Brome County News.
At the Academic Awards evening at Massey-Vanier last Wednesday Ben was honoured with The Record’s Charles Bury Bursary. Ben will go to Dawson College next year and he will be following a program in professional photography. He will have an easy time producing a portfolio with all the published shots that he has already had in the Brome County News.
Ben has long been interested in photography and he hopes to be able to make a career of his beloved hobby.
